Ishaan Visits Houston!

Our first trip to Houston was perfect! Ishaan's Dadaji threw a small party for him.

Ishaan dressed up for the occasion!

 

He was a big hit with his Kaka and Kaki...

Afterwards, Ishaan and his daddy were really tired :)

The next day, Ishaan enjoyed spending time outside with Dada. He loved the lemon tree!

Bluebonnets

Ishaan's first road trip was to see the bluebonnets!

He was okay in the car seat on the way to Ennis, TX...

But, he wasn't a big fan of the bluebonnets.

 

Ishaan's Oil Bath!

Nani likes to give Ishaan an oil bath/massage every other day.

 She always starts by massaging his head.

Ishaan's first visit to the temple

Today, Ishaan is 6 weeks old. He's now officially able to go out into the world! His "first" trip is to the temple. Thanks Prabha aunty and Dinesh uncle for his adorable Indian outfit.

At the temple, we did an Archana Puja in the name of Lord Ganesh. Ishaan was very relaxed while the priest was holding him!
